This is my first post in a long time. Between grad school, travelling and the holidays, life has been crazy. Sadly, our black pug Jersey George was diagnosed with a terminal brain disease right before Thanksgiving. He has been doing well so far on his medications and we hope he will continue to do so. Here are some black pug things and pictures in honor of my JG!

Fun Stationary!
If you know me well you know I LOVE stationary and even more...writing notes to people using my stationary. I think writing notes and letters is a lost art since the internet came around and I try to write to my loved ones as much as I can. Read would say that I need to stop buying notes cards but I disagree. I will use them all :)! Here are a few pieces that I love.
Can't forget my pugs! :)
Looks like my Chloe and Jersey George!!!!
This needs to be on my desk so I can see it and be happy during my school day.
Too cute!
I think Read and I need these!!!
Looks like my little JG :)

Pugs in Weddings
So although the pugs won't be a part of the ceremony or the reception they will definitely be in our pictures. Here are a few pictures I've found that will be our inspiration!
A fawn pug and a black pug!!!
Thanks to my future mother-in-law I already have these salt and pepper shakers. This is adorable and I think they have to be on our head table at the reception in honor of the pugs.

Pugs
So I am hoping to include our pugs in the wedding somehow! Even if it is only in our pictures. But I found this adorable hankie at Lydia and Pugs. I don't know if I would want it around my bouquet but it would be adorable to have for the day of the wedding.

How cute would Chloe be as a flower girl?! Too bad she can be so naughty! The church wouldn't allow dogs anyway. So we will have to make due without them there. How adorable is this pug as a flower girl?
The pugs have been NUTS lately! They have so much energy and they don't know what to do with it. We took a trip to the dog park yesterday. They loved running around with the big dogs. Unfortunately Chloe had to start picking on a poor little Min Pin and we had to leave.
Here are my little stinkers. Both rescued from the Ohio Pug Rescue. Can't wait to order them their special collars for the wedding. Jersey will get a green seersucker bow tie and Miss Chloe will get a seersucker collar with a felt hydrangea flower. We will start practicing our poses for the photographer as we get closer to the wedding ;).
